Helen is passionate about connecting people and organisations to their heritage. She brings an excellent mix of archival expertise, marketing, and communication skills. In 17 years as Head of HSBC’s Archives in the Asia Pacific, Helen led complex initiatives including the planning and construction of a museum-class storage and exhibition space, one of the city’s premier historical resources; an award-winning augmented-reality app; and the creation of major museum exhibitions, including one to mark HSBC’s 150th year. She spent 8 years as Secretary General for UNESCO’s Memory of the World Programme, Asia Pacific.
