Education and Volunteers Programmes

During her time as Regional Head of HSBC Archives, Helen oversaw the delivery of an education programme to over 900 secondary school students. The archives team developed inspiring learning activities using archival sources, historical objects and sculptures as well as interactive technology to bring the city’s history to life for the students. To deliver the school workshops, bank employees were recruited and trained as volunteers, encouraging interaction between HSBC and the community.
